Terms

Who this is with
Peeko is a product of Cloco, operated by Mahdi Farra, an individual based in California, USA. In this document "we" and "us" mean that operator, and "you" means the person or company with the Peeko account. If you accept these terms for a company, you are confirming that you may do so on its behalf.
What we provide
Peeko is a hosted web analytics service. You add a small script to your website, and we collect, store and show you the resulting traffic data, including visits from AI crawlers. We provide it as it is described on this site at the time you subscribe.
Your account
Keep your sign in email secure and your API keys private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite to your organisation do. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
What you agree not to do
- Use Peeko to collect data you are not allowed to collect, or on a site whose visitors you have not been straight with
- Put personal data into the places we ask you not to, such as event names and page paths, which we store as you send them
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or work around a plan limit rather than upgrading
- Resell Peeko or hold it out as your own product without a written agreement with us
- Use Peeko for anything illegal
Your data stays yours
The analytics data collected from your sites belongs to you. We process it to run the service for you, and for nothing else: we do not sell it, share it, or use it to build any product other than your own dashboard. You can export it at any time, and delete it by deleting the site.
We may use anonymous, aggregate figures about how the service is used overall, such as total request volume, to operate and improve it. Nothing in that is traceable to you or to a visitor.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown without tax; any tax that applies is added at checkout.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed. We do not refund part of a month or part of a year, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. Cancelling is one click and takes effect the moment you do it.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over a few days and your dashboard keeps working during that time. If it never succeeds, the dashboard locks until you fix the card. If we change our prices we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Plan limits
There is one plan, and the only thing you choose is a monthly allowance of events. If you go past it we warn you and keep recording anyway: we do not drop your data to enforce a limit, because losing your traffic history is a worse outcome than an awkward conversation about moving up a size. If you stay over the allowance we may ask you to move to a size that fits.
Nothing else is counted. Sites and teammates are unlimited on every size, so adding another website or another person to your team is never blocked and never changes your bill. Your event allowance is shared across everything you track.
If your plan lapses
Your data is not held hostage. If a subscription ends or lapses, we keep recording your traffic and we keep your history, and only the retention window on your account ever deletes anything. The dashboard itself is locked until you subscribe again, at which point everything is where you left it.
Availability and support
We aim to keep Peeko running all the time, and we watch it, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at these prices. Support is by email at [email protected], answered by a person, usually within a couple of working days.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Peeko whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account as described on the privacy page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is not paid for, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. Unless the reason is serious we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Changes
We may change the service and these terms as the product develops. If a change to these terms materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Peeko after that means you accept the new version.
Disclaimer and liability
Peeko is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not let us exclude. Analytics involve estimation, bots misreport themselves, and networks drop requests, so we do not warrant that every figure is complete or exact, and you should not rely on Peeko as your only record for anything that matters financially or legally.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, and you and we submit to the courts located in California.
